Abstract
An extension of the Integrated Simple Weighted Sum Product (WISP) method is presented in this article, customized for the application of single-valued neutrosophic numbers. The extension is suggested to take advantage that the application of neutrosophic sets provides in terms of solving complex decision-making problems, as well as decision-making problems associated with assessments, prediction uncertainty, imprecision, and so on. In addition, an adapted questionnaire and appropriate linguistic variables are also proposed in the article to enable a simpler and more precise collection of respondents’ attitudes using single-valued neutrosophic numbers. An approach for deneutrosophication, i.e. the transformation of a single-valued neutrosophic number into a crisp number is also proposed in the article. Detailed use and characteristics of the presented improvement are shown on an example of the evaluation of rural tourist tours.

Abstract
The main aim of the article is to propose a new multiple criteria decision-making approach for selecting alternatives, the newly-developed MULTIMOOSRAL approach, which integrates advantages of the three well-known and prominent multiple-criteria decision-making methods: MOOSRA, MOORA, and MULTIMOORA. More specifically, the MULTIMOOSRAL method has been further upgraded with an approach that can be clearly seen in the well-known WASPAS and CoCoSo methods, which rely on the integration of weighted sum and weighted product approaches. In addition to the above approaches, the MULTIMOOSRAL method also integrates a logarithmic approximation approach. The expectation from the development of this method is that the integration of several approaches can provide a much more reliable selection of the most appropriate alternative, which can be very important in cases where the performance of alternatives obtained by using some other method does not differ much. Finally, the ranking of alternatives based on the dominance theory, used in the MOORA and MULTIMOORA methods, is replaced by a new original approach that should allow a much simpler final ranking of alternatives in order to reach a stronger result with five different techniques. The suitability and efficacy of the proposed MULTIMOOSRAL approach are presented through an illustrative case study of the supplier selection.

Abstract
The aim of this paper is to make a proposal for a new extension of the MULTIMOORA method extended to deal with bipolar fuzzy sets. Bipolar fuzzy sets are proposed as an extension of classical fuzzy sets in order to enable solving a particular class of decision-making problems. Unlike other extensions of the fuzzy set of theory, bipolar fuzzy sets introduce a positive membership function, which denotes the satisfaction degree of the element x to the property corresponding to the bipolar-valued fuzzy set, and the negative membership function, which denotes the degree of the satisfaction of the element x to some implicit counter-property corresponding to the bipolar-valued fuzzy set. By using single-valued bipolar fuzzy numbers, the MULTIMOORA method can be more efficient for solving some specific problems whose solving requires assessment and prediction. The suitability of the proposed approach is presented through an example.

Abstract
Compared to fuzzy numbers, intuitionistic fuzzy numbers provide greater opportunities for solving complex decision-making problems, especially when they are related to ambiguities, uncertainties and vagueness. However, their use is more complex, especially when it comes to ordinary users. Therefore, in this paper an approach adopted for evaluating alternatives on the basis of a smaller number of some more complex evaluation criteria is proposed. The approach is based on the use of linguistic variables, triangular intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, and the Hamming distance. At the end, a case study of hotels’ websites evaluation is given to demonstrate the practicality and effectiveness of the proposed approach, together with its limitations and weaknesses. Additionally, a new procedure for ranking intuitionistic fuzzy numbers is proposed and its use is verified.

Abstract
The aim of this manuscript is to propose a new extension of the MULTIMOORA method adapted for usage with a neutrosophic set. By using single valued neutrosophic sets, the MULTIMOORA method can be more efficient for solving complex problems whose solving requires assessment and prediction, i.e. those problems associated with inaccurate and unreliable data. The suitability of the proposed approach is presented through an example.

Abstract
In the hiring process at companies, decision makers have underused the methods of the multi-criteria decision-making processes of selection of personnel. Therefore, this paper aims to establish a framework for the selection of candidates during the process of the recruitment and selection of personnel based on the SWARA and ARAS methods under uncertainties. The usability and efficiency of the proposed framework is considered in the conducted case study of the selection of candidate for the position of the sales manager.

Abstract
This paper proposes an extension of the ARAS method which, due to the use of interval-valued fuzzy numbers, can be more appropriate for solving real-world problems. In order to overcome the complexity of real-world decision-making problems, the proposed extension also includes the use of linguistic variables and a group decision making approach. In order to highlight the proposed methodology an example of a faculty websites evaluation is considered.

Abstract
The comminution process, particularly grinding, is very important in the mineral processing industry. Some characteristics of ore particles, which occur as a product of grinding process, have a significant impact on the effects of further ore processing. At the same time, this process requires a significant amount of energy which significantly affects the overall processing costs. Therefore, in this paper, we propose new multiple criteria decision making model, based on the Ratio system part of the MOORA method, which should enable an efficient selection of the adequate comminution circuit design.

Abstract
This paper proposes a new multi-attribute ranking procedure based on distance from decision-maker preferences. This method has two phases. In the first phase, the decision maker is asked to define the preferred performance for each attribute. In the second phase, Weighted Sum method and new distance-based normalization procedure are used to determine the overall performance rating of alternatives.

Abstract
In some cases of using multi-criteria decision making methods for solving real-world problems ratings of alternatives cannot be determined precisely, and that is why they are expressed in the form of intervals. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to extend the MOORA method for solving decision making problems with interval data. By extending the ratio system part of MOORA method, an algorithm to determine the most preferable alternative among all possible alternatives, when performance ratings are given as intervals, is presented. Finally, an example is shown to highlight the proposed procedure, at the end of this paper.
