Abstract
An extension of the Integrated Simple Weighted Sum Product (WISP) method is presented in this article, customized for the application of single-valued neutrosophic numbers. The extension is suggested to take advantage that the application of neutrosophic sets provides in terms of solving complex decision-making problems, as well as decision-making problems associated with assessments, prediction uncertainty, imprecision, and so on. In addition, an adapted questionnaire and appropriate linguistic variables are also proposed in the article to enable a simpler and more precise collection of respondents’ attitudes using single-valued neutrosophic numbers. An approach for deneutrosophication, i.e. the transformation of a single-valued neutrosophic number into a crisp number is also proposed in the article. Detailed use and characteristics of the presented improvement are shown on an example of the evaluation of rural tourist tours.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop a hesitant trapezoidal fuzzy TODIM (interactive and multi-criteria decision making) with a closeness index-based ranking method to handle hesitant qualitative group decision making problems. First, a novel closeness index-based ranking method is presented to compare the magnitude of hesitant trapezoidal fuzzy numbers (HTrFNs). Based on the developed ranking method, the dominance values of alternatives over others for each expert are calculated. Then, a nonlinear programming model is established to derive the dominance values of alternatives over others for the group and correspondingly the optimal ranking order of alternatives is obtained.

Abstract
In this paper, at first, we develop some new geometric distance measures for interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy information, including the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted geometric distance (IVIFWGD) measure, the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted geometric distance (IVIFOWGD) measure and the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy hybrid weighted geometric distance (IVIFHWGD) measure. Also, several desirable properties of these new distance measures are studied and a numerical example is given to show application of the distance measure to pattern recognition problems. And then, based on the developed distance measures a consensus reaching process with interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy preference information for group decision making is proposed. Finally, an illustrative example with interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy information is given.

Abstract
The aim of this manuscript is to propose a new extension of the MULTIMOORA method adapted for usage with a neutrosophic set. By using single valued neutrosophic sets, the MULTIMOORA method can be more efficient for solving complex problems whose solving requires assessment and prediction, i.e. those problems associated with inaccurate and unreliable data. The suitability of the proposed approach is presented through an example.

Abstract
Heronian mean (HM) has the characteristic of capturing the correlations of the aggregated arguments and the neutrosophic set can express the incomplete, indeterminate and inconsistent information, in this paper, we applied the Heronian mean to the neutrosophic set, and proposed some Heronian mean operators. Firstly, we presented some operational laws and their properties of single valued neutrosophic numbers (SVNNs), and analyzed the shortcomings of the existing weighted HM operators which have not idempotency, then we propose the improved generalized weighted Heronian mean (IGWHM) operator and improved generalized weighted geometric Heronian mean (IGWGHM) operator based on crisp numbers, and prove that they can satisfy some desirable properties, such as reducibility, idempotency, monotonicity and boundedness Further, we proposed the single valued neutrosophic number improved generalized weighted Heronian mean (NNIGWHM) operator and single valued the neutrosophic number improved generalized weighted geometric Heronian mean (NNIGWGHM) operator, and some desirable properties and special cases of them are discussed. Moreover, with respect to multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems in which attribute values take the form of SVNNs, the decision making approaches based on the proposed operators are developed. Finally, an application example has been given to show the decision making steps and to discuss the influence of different parameter values on the decision-making results.
